Payment routing - the splitting of payments between bank accounts - has worked fine for me for two years. It has stopped working since Dec - I believe when i added a co-host to whom i pay the cleaning fee.
It’s a simple set up. All revenue after the cleaning fee should be split between two bank accounts. But it’s only going to one.
I’ve been pinging support for days. They’ve responded to ask what the problem is but have not resolved it.
