No and confused as it is not a listing site which many can use. newyorkrentalbyowner IS a lisiting site for ALL NYS. Catskills is one area you can search or many others mine is Finger Lakes.

Sorry for the long delay in replying. Yes, I have heard of them. They also do some regional sites like adkbyowner.com (ADK = Adirondacks, which I think was their first) and and then catskillsbyowner.com. I’m not sure they have any significant market share, but I did rent my very first vacation home in 2003 from their Adirondacks site. For me, I have all the business i need with Air and VRBO.
