Hello! A day into my last guest’s stay, there was an issue with the shower. I got someone out and it was resolved, but as a gesture to make it up to them for the hassle I modified their reservation and reduced the price by $50.
She accepted this, however airbnb had already sent me a payout for the original full amount. I assume if i got my payout she has already been charged the full amount.
So I’m not sure if it all went through, will my guest get a refund?
