My question is probably not too relevant to this topic. I got my first confirmed booking from TA today. And I suddenly discovered my check out time was set to 11pm! (when I set up it, I didn’t read carefully and thought it was asking me to fill in a time window for check in, which is 2pm-11pm…)
I immediately corrected the mistake after I spot it, my question is if my guests ask me to honour the 11pm check out time, how do I deal with it? They should have the check out time in their confirmation, sigh…
