Then I would recommend you make it clear in your listing to avoid any unhappy guests!
Of course I advertised that website. Because it addresses the exact problem that is happening here. Hosts won’t post speeds for a number of reasons such as not being confident that they will meet expectations, SO we need an external resource to match guests with hosts who do meet these requirements. Right now that’s not happening very easily on the Airbnb platform.
