No email came saying Your Guest has Left you a Review

For a recent checkout, I just noticed that on my Profile > Reviews page it says ‘Leave a review so you can see theirs’ implying he’s left me a review. However, I’ve not received any email saying he’s reviewed.

Has anyone else observed this? Have they stopped sending email notifications when someone reviews? – a hypothetical scenario discussed on some thread I read here recently.

About a week and a half ago, I received the usual message from Air with the heading: Write a Review for [Jane] and [Dick]. In the text, it said: “Tell Jane and Dick what you loved and what they can do better. They just checked out so now is the perfect time to write your review.” (yadda-yadda)

Two days later, Air sent a “Reminder to Write a Review for Dick and Jane.” Seven days later, the notification was, “Jane wrote you a review”, and the text said, “Find out what Jane wrote.” It was followed by lines of grayed-out text. The following text said, “You can read Jane’s review after you rate them as a host.” So I wrote my review but couldn’t see it or hers and forgot about it. The next day it was there – don’t know when it showed up.

This is happening with me too. I’m really annoyed that I can’t read the review that was left for me.

I got a review today and it was normal. Email. Read the review. Harvest the stats.

Not the same but still annoying.
I’ve had emails for 2 guests saying so and so has left a review and when I do a review they haven’t left one or at least its never showed up. I wondered if they had a short time to change there mind and delete after posting.
