Your cleaners should at least do as good a job as you if not better! If not then get a better cleaning crew!
My cleaner who expanded to create a company and now has a crew of cleaners does an amazing job. Throw pillows arranged just so, super clean, tissues or toilet paper roll arranged to look like a 4 seasons hotel.
But I trained her and she trained them. Photos mounted in the closet they use as a reminder of where things go and how it should look. It is not rocket science but I use the lessons from my time in the hotel business and guests constantly comment on how clean things are!
