I don’t have a picture of my kitchen as I don’t offer it to guests. My description is clear that it’s a bedroom and private bathroom but we know they don’t read carefully. If they word their request asking to rent my home, or my place I know they think it’s a whole house. It’s only happened 3 times since we started hosting in 2010.

It’s definitely a good idea to reiterate that it’s just a room and not the whole house!
