Yes. It’s a third party management tool with a subscription fee.
So how will guests book If there is no pre-approval? People ask me If days are available all the time and then book.

I’ve seen a run of these, on VRBO (not ABB, yet) with three this week. In V’s system you can mark them as spam, thankfully, but I don’t know they it does anything as they kept contacting me after that anyway. They went away when I told them that all communication would go thru V’s site.
Hum … Seems they didn’t want Big Brother to be a part of things … Lol
