New Guest Inquiry, Not sure about booking them....thoughts?

I write canned reviews. It’s always "____________ was a good guest and is welcome back anytime. " What else needs to be said? I’ve never had a bad guest. If I did I’d say . “_____________ was a bad guest and is not welcome to stay again”. I’m willing to entertain any reasoning as to why anymore should be said.

Some people do the minimum, some do their best, all the time, regardless of outcomes. Different strokes for different folks as they say.

Because different hosts have different standards. Sometimes what is bad guest behavior for one host (say, a guest who monopolizes the kitchen in a shared rental) would not be a problem at all for another (a host with a whole house listing).

Sorry, I didn’t mean that canned reviews were necessarily bad (as long as they say what is important), but that it would be difficult to distinguish canned reviews from shill reviews, which is what the OP was concerned about.
