I see. Thanks for the info. It just seems like an odd arrangement to have an “overseer”, unless the Super Ho actually becomes the hands on property manager. Also, it seems like yet another fee padded into the bottom line.
Happy to help. The Superhost can certainly be an overseer, but then you pay them more. I, for example, don’t mind messaging guests back and forth, so I can keep doing that. And so if the Superhost doens’t do that, their cut is less. It just gives flexibility to everyone who wants to delegate a % of their work.
Also, FYI, Airbnb doesn’t take any fees in this case. It’s just a purely host to host fee.
