Just had an email from Airbnb announcing recommended lending partners who have agreed to count Hosting income as income when applying for refinancing. Sounded like great news until I researched all 3 recommendations. One was only servicing a limited area, and the other two both had a tremendous amount of bad reviews. Would like to hear if anyone has actually made an application and have an update on the outcome
when known.
