My Airbnb property does not appear online (we are superhosts)

He is there because I was able to insert his listing number into the URL and find him. So he is there but just not searchable? It’s really strange that getting a SH badge seemed to have something to do with this sudden disappearance.

Good morning! a bog THANK YOU to everyone who helped! We are still nowhere to find! We do not have even one word in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) in our property ad… I will call them tomorrow if we are still superhosts- ghosts!!! This kinda ruined our weekend and we are loosing business :flushed::fearful:

Mine is gone today as well. This is not good.

Hello colleagues! Long story short - after 12 hours almost begging on Twitter (and two retwitts) we finally are appearing on the website. Smtucker - contact them on Twitter for free - I am still waiting for their response on the issue since I found alone out that we are again in the game… I would strongly recommend to anybody, that counts a lot on their Air-business, to check everyday their property. Air told me that this is a issue is given to a specialist and that they will be soon answering us… Best wishes to anybody!

After four hours, they have responded to my plead for help on Twitter. Of course the response was a representative feel be with you as soon as they can. Since I’m booked through the end of November, I’m not frantic yet, but this is a reminder to keep growing my social media presence. though I really prefer that someone else deals with the money.

How can you test this! Now I am worried mine will be gone. Maybe they disappeared them in rotation or something. I actually should be getting more bookings for the holidays and don’t have anything yet.

I received my smart.io report this morning, and I had gone from the No 2 listing to no 352, the “magic” number. So then I started to search both by dates and then using the map. Gone. Not even on the map.

You can run your own smart.io complementary report at his web site. It will give you some raw data about your ranking in search results.

Hello… you could search for yourself , knowing the free dates and filter price, status etc. If you want I coukd do this for you! We decided to check everyday- I think its a technical issue - we became ghosts two days after we got superhost status :open_mouth:

I had the same issue! I was number 351!

I am now 351 too… which equals “dead in the water.”

Retweet them again! I hope that you are going to be back soon! It is bad to disappear on sunday - I know that a lot of people make plans for future trips on weekends…

I am going to replace the infamous “351” by “dead in the water”

Per Princess J [can that be her real name?] no timeline can be given for this “disappearance.” I might be notified when a techie gets the case. Guess I can go out to dinner tonight without worrying about being interrupted by the AirBNB ding.

Smart, I ran a report and I can’t tell if I am dead in the water or not. Sending you a PM.

And I am back. “They” claim that “I checked that there is an issue on the listing address (altitude and longitude details). I have updated it and corrected it based on Google map and clear your listing cache.”

Also appears that I was given a boost since I am now showing up in the No 1 and No 2 positions, even for only two people! [Used to be on the second page for 2 people; first page for 3.]

Guess I am taking that phone to dinner after all.

I’m too paranoid to give SmartBnB my Air password!

You don’t need to give the app your password to enjoy the benefits of the free report. Just put in your AirBNB listing ID and you get a report. The rankings take about 2 minutes to generate. The rest of the report is almost instantaneous.

I don’t see the link for the free report - any chance you can paste it here?

Eek! Okay…I am no techie. But does clear your listing cache mean the same as clearing cookies? This is what Homeaway tells everyone when they can’t find their listing. But just because I clear my own cookies and can all of a sudden see my listing - doesn’t mean anyone else can see it unless they possibly cleared their cookies.

does cache and cookies mean basically the same thing?

Look for the green “free” button.
