So these were VRBO guests? IV heard from other friends that HOmeaway guests have just been horrific lately.

Were they raised in a barn?

I always have to call the guy as he always forgets to come on a schedule. I ask him not to come before 10 am.

I rent my home in the Catskills and my lawn guy comes after 9am and on different days. Even I don’t usually know when he is coming. No guest has ever complained and he is in and out in about 15 - 20 minutes. I don’t tell them and wouldn’t be interested in catering to a guest on this issue. That’s said, I would schedule the Fall / Spring cleanup for a day the guests are not there. Too much with a leaf blower.
