I agree with the weekly cleaning, even if it is to just air out the room!
I give two sets of towels and extras in the bathroom. A set of sheets. Some guests happily change the sheets and wash everything when they do their weekly laundry. However, I have more guests pile up the dirty laundry in the room, not change the sheets, or wash the towels. At the end of the stay, it is smelling like a high school locker room or worse and it could take up to days to air it out and getting it fresh again!
