I tried to book a listing but it was booked for that week. Yet all our money was taken and now we can’t book another property. How do I get our money back???
Time to call airbnb. This is a terrible thing to have happen! The system does seem to have some problems.
AirBnB is quick to charge you as soon as you reserve a listing, but they can be slow to release it. They will release it eventually, though.
