Tea: I got a couple of mixed boxes, individually wrapped and the a box of a decent basic black tea. The loose bags are in a clear plastic covered container, the wrapped packets in an open tray.
Olive oil: olive oil burns at a fairly low heat, comparatively speaking. You might want to include a small bottle of an oil that can tolerate a higher heat. If you don’t want them To deep fry, just make sure that you don’t leave enough oil on hand that they can do that easily.
Toiletries: As @KKC said most will use little or nothing and then there will be that one exception that will take it all. I learned that early. My rule of thumb now is don’t leave more than I’m willing to have any guest take. As far as shampoo, conditioner and body wash I have a dispenser in the shower that I just refill.
