They allow you to set any length of stay discount you want (although I think there might be a limit of how many, you’d need to check that). I currently offer a 14 day discount in addition to my weekly and monthly.

For me, one night rentals are not worth all the extra laundry at my competitive market rate, so I have a 2 night minimum.
