Losing Superhost status thru guest ruining kettle

That’s over 4 years old. Has anyone noticed any of the changes that they suggest might come about in that article?

ZIPPO changes made.

But rumour has it there’s some new changes coming to the review process, in the Winter Release.

i’d risk it. Several years ago in the hospitality industry, there was a rumour (and I’m sure it was just a rumor) that male guests who couldn’t be bothered to get up in the night to go to the bathroom would pee in hotel kettles.

About boiling milk…

For a smooth light coffee, use a pour over brewer, instead of boiling water, use boiling milk. Very tasty.

If you are a dark roast coffee drinker, it may not fit your taste but worth trying to say you did.

My favorite coffee was espresso made in a broken handled brewer on the stove top at the Italian restaurant with lots of sugar. We (all servers & kitchen staff) had a shot before dinner service shift.

Drifting off-topic here, but it’s important: Boiling water in a microwave can lead to super-heating of the water and then “exploding”, if shocked, leading to possible scalding. Chances are probably low of this happening but be warned.

I thought this was a myth… until it happened. Cant say I have stopped microwaving water. But, I am a lot more careful when I open the door now.

I hate microwaves. I don’t trust them.
