If air thinks that a 4 is still very good, then they should stop telling us we have room for improvement anytime we get one. Why don’t they just reach through the screen and slap me?
Telling me I may have not yet “found my hosting style” or whatever bullmalarkey is crap. “Recent low ratings” for a 4-star rating? Good lord, what will they say if I get a 3-2-1? I’ll be afraid to log in!
Location is also the only thing I get dinged on! A guest suggested I write that I live in a commercial/residential area, because I live near the train station and downtown area, and my neighborhood has lots of multi-family homes and small corner stores (and litter on the street that I’m forever picking up!)… One guest wrote in his private feedback to me that he wasn’t sure how safe the neighborhood was – wtf, I thought, nobody robs poor people! 
I agree with you guys. Location Rating is counterproductive and needs to be removed by airbnb. There no need for that.
