Hi - I’m new to the forum and a new host. I’ve had a ‘pending verification’ booking blocking my calendar now in mid- August for 3 weeks. Obviously this is a bit of a disaster given high season, and all I’ve been told is that it’s a known error they are trying to fix.
This feels like appalling service - it’s blocking 2 weeks of my calendar in August. Is there anything I can do?
List on another site?
Airbnb responds better to customer service issues posted on their Twitter @ Facebook accounts. Perhaps post there & push.
