We’ve hosted a short term Airbnb for 3+ years and are moving into midterm rentals. I’ve contacted several real estate attorneys and property managers to ‘buy’ a lease template but no one responds unless I want full property management.
Is this typical and is using a reputable state specific online lease an acceptable solution?

I can understand real estate folks not wanting to share a template. Whatever they have, has cost them time and money and they aren’t the most reasonable folks I’ve ever met!. No reason you can’t use an online lease, as long as you make sure it is it legit for your currrent state regultion…
