I had plenty of very young handsome men here as guests who brought no one home, did not"hook up", did not drink booze. Now i have one middle age man who brought a woman home while i was away, sneaking her into the house, doing it all night with all kind of noises, keeping another guest awake all night. Then i had a couple in their early 30s who did the same.

I have limited my checking time until 10 pm. This is when i usualy go to bed. I also have key less entry, so i dont wait for guests. I also have in my rules that people cant bring visiotors overnight. If they have a friend pick them up or come in for coffee thats no problem, but i dont want them to sleep over.
Thats still buggles my mind how people bring sex partner to their host’s house at night that they just met
