Looks like the city of Las Vegas/Clark county is coming down pretty hard on AirBnB/vacation rental homeowners in Las Vegas. If you do not have the correct licensing…be prepared for a large fine.

I am a real estate agent in town and I am getting all kind of complaints from vacation rental clients…

Anyone else having a hard time dealing with this in Vegas so far??

Surely the answer is rather than complaining to an estate agent, is to apply for the correct licensing.

Unless the agent hyped the property as “ideal Airbnb investment”!

Las Vegas coming down hard on Airbnb rentals but they promote this kind of stuff. Imagine hosting this;
