Has anyone ever received a booking inquiry in a foreign language? How do you handle this? Should I just use Google translate?
I use a translation app. It also speaks aloud in various languages so it’s useful when non-English guests are here.

Yes I use google translate too. I link my phone to an external speaker and talk into my phone. The room echos in the language of the week, which happens to be Chinese.
I also write the house rules in the language of the guest too if they are none English speakers or speak very little English and it seems to work.
