What happens when his insurance is denied because you are doing illegal letting?

Everything Debthecat said is true. Part of being a grownup is realizing how your actions could potentially effect others. Landlords get insurance cancelled, landlords get sued, landlords get fined. It happens. People go for what they think are the deeper pockets.
Getting out of debt is a good thing. Lying and putting others at risk is not.
