No. People should be able to enjoy the space. Asking to show it while they’re staying is invasive. I’d feel forced to stay in the lodging during showings to monitor my belongings while strangers traipse through. That would put a big dent in my vacation plans.
Don’t do that.
Use your Airbnb calendar settings to leave a day or two between bookings. You can then schedule viewings during this time. This is a better way to balance STR while also marketing the property.
