I was not complaining. I was pointing out that guest are getting smarter.

They use the OTA as a search platform, after finding an interesting listing they are trying to contact the host direct because they now they get a better offer.

It’s easy to find me, all contact details are in the listing (EU business requirement)

I kept mine flexible. We are still having lockdowns and interstate border closures due Covid. :woman_shrugging:
