Is this reasonable of my guest?

Reviews by host and guest must both be done within 14 days of checkout. If only one review is done, that review isn’t published by Airbnb until the 14 days have elapsed. So if you wait to read someone’s review, you are no longer able to do a review at all.

She mentioned that the guest already reviewed her. Yes, she would first need to write a review for her guest before she can read it.

This reminds me of stories of guests who ask for refunds and then say (on the message platform - ha) that they’ll give the host a bad review if they don’t refund.

Refunds shouldn’t be dependent on how many stars the guest gave or the quality of the review.
