Is offering breakfast worth it?

Hi @mginpdx,

This is off topic, but I have a question about your guest rooms. Specifically, you state you have 3 guest rooms in your home. Do you host unrelated people at the same time, or when your rooms are all full, is it a family/friends staying together situation?

I think its nice to offer breakfast, all my guests except one had breakfast and several mentioned an extensive breaskfast in their review.

I don’t officially offer breakfast, as in I don’t have that box checked off, but it’s there as a surprise for guests. I offer croissants and a couple Babybel cheeses, granola bars, packets of oatmeal, coffee/tea. It’s not much so in order not to be rated on my breakfast I just don’t mention it in my listing (under promise over deliver).

We must be twins - I do the same. Also get rave reviews from it. And I enjoy it. I have the costs broken down so I can keep it at about per person. Croissants, as you say, are $.50 a piece.
