I have a floor plan of my apartment and when I was putting photos for my listing I was wondering if having a floor plan is a good idea.
What do you think ?
I have an info pack on Google docs with various information such as how to access the key safe, etc. I email a link for it to folks after they book. I have included a floor plan that I made with Floorplanner.com and included it in the info pack. In my opinion, communication is key and guests appreciate getting the bird’s eye view up front.
Floorplanner is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and kind fun.

Thanks for the informative reply. I did not even think of having a google doc. That is really cool. But you didnt put that floor plan on your listings. have you ? do the guests appreciate having the floor plan on the listing’s photos so they can see the whole house structure before they decide to stay ?
No. I haven’t. That’s not a bad idea.
