Hello from Greece,I am superhost and I am using instant booking.Today a person book my apartment with instabooking for July.But finally I can’t host him because I will sell the apartment.So,can I cancel this reservation without penaltys? Thank you.( I am sorry for my English)
No worries. Just give BNB a call and ask them to cancel the guest.
If you are selling the apartment and can’t take guests you should remove Instant Book and snooze your apartment so no more guests can book it.
