Inquiry from guest who wanted to "price negotiate"?

I repeat it; by the time I write/say ‘I already told you’ (a statement I always find unnecessarily annoying) or ‘Is in the guidebook’, I find it faster to type “Main dock in middle of town at 1pm”.

I always take the tack with all guests to get to the point, and not waste a nano-second with any other build-in indirect ‘message’. Sometimes is best to act like an accommodating simpleton in this business. :wink:

I answer the question. I don’t think snarkily pointing out that the information was under their noses has any positive outcome.
