You already have that. It’s nice and organized and searchable! It’s called The Airbnb Help Center. The information was not hidden from you.
And we mutter on and about how guests don’t read!

Its happened to me many times. They know they broke something, we find it, ask for money, then they leave us a bad review because they assume we are leaving a bad review for them!
I so understand your perspective and am one of those who do fully intend to request compensation for damages from guests. I understand that there will be lots of people that will not want to be my guests because of that and I am glad. I am happy to support the respectful, rule following, communicative guests. I always prefer to be able to leave glowing reviews.
