As you know, I am “both” and I empathize a bunch.
there is "joy"and there is also that sense of having privacy being imposed on.
I like to be compensated financially for any situation where I have to reign in my use of my property.
When guests are present on site, my behavior is different from when I have my property all to myself.

$500 plus immediate cancellation of reservation when exceed max capacity. I am in dense neighborhood. No day visitors. I don’t need neighbor problems
