I agree.
I found this forum early on in my hosting. I started out renting a room in my home and I was busier than I expected to be from the beginning. I had no experience in the hospitality industry, I was a high school teacher and in home dog boarder. I’ve hosted at least 1000 people/800+ bookings and never had a serious problem. If more people found and read this forum before having problems instead of after, they’d be much happier.
