How do you handle the offseason/offseasons? off season/off seasons?

#21

We are at $425 in summer and $225 in the off-season on one property, $220 in season on the other with a drop to $110 in winter. About a 45%-50% discount. I used to always have a minimum of $255 and $155 (and that’s when our peak prices were $375 or $400, and $200) but would maybe get one wknd a month booked. Now we book a lot more in the off season. Haven’t noticed a drop in guest quality.
