I think that Air may have actually sided with @EllenN and cancelled the booking and worn the cost themselves or claimed it off the guests. At the end of the day, the guest broke the rules by giving Ellen’s strong textaddress to a non booked guest who then forced their way in the hosts home. Knowing what I know now, there is no way I would put up with this and would call Air immediately.
