We use VRBO, but Airbnb is about 90% of our bookings for our property in MN, we are going on 2 years and we have hosted over 100 times. However we started booking a home we own in costal AL as well and here it’s a tad different, we get inquiries from both, I would say though that Airbnb is still 75% of that business as well. Here a lot of properties are managed and marketed through rental places local to the area, (I’m not sure what platform they market on).
