Has anyone else not received recent payment and been told there is a problem paying hosts in Aus and NZ?

Hi, we haven
t been paid for our recent bookings. Initially when we queried it, they said it was a problem in Australia and New Zealand. However, we have queried it again and no one seemed to know anything about it. No one seems to want to help, or give us any idea when we will be paid.
Is anyone having a similar problem?

I just checked and I appear to have been pain up until 29/10/18, but I have had no Air bookings since then…everything has been B.com

Yes there is a known issue. There is another thread about it. Not sure how to link to that, but searching will discover it.

Same happened to me. I am in Perth. Gone back to receiving payments into PayPal and it seems to be working okay.
