Does anyone knows how long the guest’s email address Airbnb provides the hosts last?
It closes down on check out day; I’m not sure at what time. You can message them on the platform anytime.
Their phone number remains after that if you need a direct contact.
Naive as I am, I’m wondering why anyone would need to access these?
Contact the guest off platform.
Oded said on other threads that he wants to contact them to remind them to leave reviews. Maybe he doesn’t want to do that via the message thread that Airbnb can see. Why not, I don’t know.
