I had a guest check out this morning with no reviews, but it showed “3 trips.” This morning it says “4 trips.”
he gave a 3 star and complained about the place having only 1 ac, not true both bedrooms have ac, then he mentions riped mosquito net, I don’t even have a mosquito net, mentions unresponsive host, few times he texted me before arriving and on check in I replied to him every time in 1-3 minutes… I don’t get it, I will try get it removed, its a misleading review with false statements
This is the reply from airbnb cs, so confusing… they didn’t remove the review and closed the case. Your thoughts?
I wonder whether you take a TWO-FOLD Approach:
Contact Airbnb
RE Case # XXXX [or Reservation #]: Your text concludes that you “can remove the review” but through inadvertence or delay the review has not yet been removed. Please remove it per your decision.
If you needed more reason to remove the review the review speaks of inviting what were 10-12 people when our maximum occupancy is five. Allowing the review to stand would mislead prospective customers about capacity and invite occupancy that is UNSAFE and illegal (city code).

I’m writing to ask you to remove the review you wrote about your stay here at [Street; city, state] because I think you mixed up your stay here with another stay (we don’t have mosquito nets, each AC works fine) and the thing you got right about the outside being small for 10-12, well that’s because the maximum occupancy (whether overnight or not) is five. Reference Reservation #.
Could you please correct this mistake by contacting Airbnb, letting them know you mixed it up with another stay and ask that it be removed? Here’s hoping you’ll think of me when you return to the area (with up to five guests :)).
You’ve mixed up balivilla’s issue with that of Cyndyrr327.
I knew something was mixed up. So I do get partial credit?
The first paragraph in CS’s message has a typo- it says “we determined we can remove the review”, but it was meant to say “cannot”.
a typo? you really think someone is typing these messages? I would be shocked if this is not all AI bots talking to us
No, it’s a standard cut-and-paste message, so all I can think is that it had a typo in it to start with, or the AI mixed up a paragraph from the “We will remove the review” message with the “We won’t” message.
Maybe another glitch due to the new update? ![]()
if you complain even just a little, you could get a full refund.
