Ahhhh yes “my guests who don’t read” season is just starting. Our place is in a ski town and the hot tub/pool is closed in the spring and fall. I state this in the listing and every single photo of the pool/hot tub. Then every other booking tells me they are disappointed the pool is closed😭. I get it, my place overlooks the pool and you have to walk by it to get to town, but the hours are out of my control!
my rescue Yorkie is outside barking non stop at the wind and leaves right now.

Described on one internet website thus: “Samoyeds have intense, high-pitched barks that can set your teeth on edge, and your neighbors will end up calling the cops to report the nuisance (or quietly letting your Samoyed out of his yard so he’ll wander away). A sizeable number of Samoyeds end up getting surgically “de-barked” to keep their noise level manageable.”
I can confirm this, not so much the volume but the “setting your teeth on edge”.
