Guests said they cannot find the houserules

I request all the guests to read and agree to comply the house rules before making reservation. I am going to print out the house rules and put in the apartment for them as well.

Consider using automated messaging for check-in instructions. You can usually add the house manual and rules to it, so that it never gets missed and is right front in center for your guests.

I’ve declined your request to book. I don’t understand why you are continuing to pursue booking this rental.

This is a great idea! I’ll trying to figure out how to use automatic messaging.

I suggest not adding that second sentence. It’s passive aggressive and it also invites a reply from your unwanted potential guest.

If it was me, I would have blocked him when I cancelled. Let him complain to Customer Disservice.
