Guests hung Redi Shades on painted wall

We have a different set up with a self-contained apartment on our property. For long-term guests we would make weekly cleaning a requirement. For this set of guests, I would have hated to see the place after longer than 7 days!

Sorry if you posted this already - but did the guests deny all damage through resolution? Did they reply at all?

And then you went to file Host Guarantee?

The guests admitted to the damage but declined to pay stating that it was “normal wear and tear”! They accused us of trying to scam them into improving our place, I guess not noting that it was pristine before their arrival (brand new everything with no wear and tear). I appreciated their admission of guilt. I’m sure it helped Air decide to pay out.
