Guests having family over to use pool

No problem, Konacoconutz. You are more than welcome to use it.

Good & valid thought about having an attorney draft it. My Home Owners Association real estate attorney created the waiver with HOA Board input. The Waiver is structured to be used by owners & renters.

The signature wording is very similar to the wording @farmhost shared. The document also includes all of the pool rules such as Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, no glass containers, no diving, no rough play…you get the idea.

Yeah, that is included in our long document. You can see it all if you look
at yurt, Virginia, Cair Paravel, Airbnb. You are welcome to use any wording
you want. I do need to somehow word in something about folks who overstay
without encouraging folks requesting late check-out. I have seen a great
deal of discussion on the board so will look through it for ideas.

Overstaying is already penalized quite severely by the platform so you may not need that.

You get problems with overstaying?

Be very firm on late check out. As well as on early check in. These two things offer very little in payback to the hosts.

We rarely have difficulties with late checkouts…just want to make certain
we CYA. I have not looked at the policies recently. Thanks for the reminder
K.

I’m surprised they even asked. I bet many don’t.
