Here’s a first. My cleaner accidentally left her cleaning instructions in the unit. My guests thought they were supposed to do everything on the list before they checked out. After they left, I went in to the unit and found it spotless. The sheets and towel were even changed, washed, and folded. I refunded their cleaning fee and even paid them what I usually pay my cleaner. I still feel bad though…
