I’ve had this before. I contacted Air and they cancelled the booking with no penalty in that instance (TOS broken etc), because my wife wasn’t comfortable with the guy that arrived nor to be honest was I (stank of cannabis for one thing) and I simply told him where he could get a cheap hotel stay.
He wasn’t happy but then he shouldn’t have been dishonest and had someone book it for him or at least not turned up stinking of cannabis and looking like a hobo.
If it was someone who seemed vulnerable at a very late hour and they looked fine. I’d probably be okay with it. Discretion is a must I suppose.
