Why to wait so long? Genuine question.
So the guests have a very small window of time to review you.

Have you had any incidents of guests retaliating for bad reviews, harassing you or making subsequent claims to airbnb?
For example if they leave you a 5 star review and you leave them a poor comment?
No. None of those…
Never experienced that, no.
Unless you work on my island where cleaners are supremely paid at $25-$30 an hour, sometimes with a 3-hour minimum. They use all your equipment and supplies.
