I don’t think it is that Airbnb does the right thing more often than not so much as the percentage of problems is so low…I think 6% has been mentioned in this forum before.

Yes, that’s what the supposed “Insider” said. I’ve been satisfied with Airbnb’s resolution of my small and infrequent problems 100% of the time. But my experience may not be the norm.

I envy you that often!

I have actually been more than pleased every time other than an EC case that I lost but, ultimately, they have more than made up for it with a few payouts that I was surprised to get. A lot of CS agents surely don’t come across as too bright (or just un-informed) sometimes but as long as I’ve been polite and appreciative, they have always handled my issues very well.

I smell a rat. It’s just too convenient for them that details of their arrival could not appear on platform.
